HTML Source Code Documentation

Does anyone have any suggestions for great utilities to generate VB source code documentation in HTML?  I've tried an HTML Doc Add-In from vb2themax.com that generates procedure headers and then compiles great HTML documentation, however it only works for class modules.

Thanks!

This may not be an easy solution but it worked for me.  When I started my last c++ project, I knew the Release of Visual Studio 7 (.Net) was just around the corner so I did all of my comments in the XML style that is used in VS7.  Then I just opened my project in VS7 and had it automatically generate my documentation.  It does a pretty nice job, very similar to the JavaDocs that is so highly used in that world.  Hope it helps.

As a worst case, couldn't you just script the old comments to be the new style comments?

TwinText is pretty easy to use, it doesn't use tags and and it produces HTML and HTML Help docs.
