.NET Class Library Reference

Can anyone recommend a really good, comprehensive reference to the .NET class library?  I like the Nutshell books, but they are often kind of myopic in their focus.  I thought it would be useful to query for opinions before I buy a book.  thanks in advance.

Try asking .NET questions here: http://discuss.fogcreek.com/dotnetquestions/

For a "big picture" I found ".NET Framework Essentials" (O'Reilly) good when I was getting started: http://www.amazon.co.uk/o/ASIN/0596003021/

For a reference... well the .NET SDK docs really.

Here is a second vote for ".NET Framework essentials". This was my first .NET book and it realy hit the spot. It is an informative, great first contact text and a very enjoyable read.

I don't know about Joel's .NET forum. Is might be a wrong impression, but these side boards do seem to lack critical mass (for now).
