Login-free, web-based bug/issue tracker?

Hi,

I've spent the w-e looking at different tools (proManager, PHP Helpdesk, Mantis, PHP BugTracker), found a couple that foot the bill... but none that would be like JoSW, ie. one where users can browse/post with no prior account.

I know I can just create a common guest/guest dummy account, but I'm sure most of our customers will be turned off if they need to log on.

Anybody knows if such tool exists?

Thx
Fred.

How would you differentiate customers from non-customers?

We don't really care, as long as people can input their name just like it works here.

BTW, Mantis looks like a good solution for a simple but good enough solution.

Thx
Fred.

FogBUGZ lets you do that; you have to turn on the feature on a per-project basis.

Correction: you can do some of it; users can post bugs without an account, but they need to make an account to browse.

Alternately you can set up FogBUGZ where anybody can create an account.
