Know of any decent bug submission databases?

This doesn't have to be anything fancy since very few people are involved in the process and all are intimately familiar with what's going on.  Just needs to be something to organize things and is automated (submission, reporting, etc).

Why does it need to be free?

Is it impolite to use the web forum provided by a company that sells bug tracking software to ask where to get free bug tracking software?

Andrew: I don't know, but that consideration was the reason I did not post anything on this topic a few days back.

That, and I've never tried FogBUGZ or Bugzilla, so I can't really give any helpful recommendation about either.
