Another suggestion/feature request

The fact that it remembers the Area setting from the last case and uses as a default in the next new case coupled with the fact that this setting is off in the corner where it is easy to miss (Something about the two entries being ABOVE the title makes draws the eye away from them and tricks me into thinking they are not part of the actual case) is causing great headaches. About half the time the users are forgetting to change this value when logging items.

I'd suggest either moving the controls around OR defaulting the values to an empty value and validating that they are selected before you save.

That is soo true. Those fields really should be displayed someplace else..

I agree - we've been using this software for only a short time and had to deal with bugs being submitted into the wrong area.  Make it blank so that it must be selected each time!
