Another Feature Request/Question

Is there any way (and if not can I suggest the feature) to subscribe to an entire project? The product manager and I (the development manager) would like to see ALL traffic for the product we are responsible for.

Bonus Round: Would be nice if you could specify a filter for what you wanted e-mail notifications on.

You could write an sql query that would subscribe you to all the cases in a project. You can install it as a stored proc on server or write a little script and run it from your desktop. Or even make a web interface... We've built some small web based scripts around FB to give us features its currently lacking. (Eg public interface).

You mean cases your subscribed to? There is a filter option for that.
