FogBUGZ Internal Error
After a routine server upgrade this weekend, FogBugz now gives the followng message when we try to display the List. This is with Windows 2000 and IIS 5. Hope you will respond ASAP since our bug tracking is now down.

Your upgrade changes have apparently broken the FogBugz user in IIS. I'd need more information to tell which requisite was removed, probably some permissions were removed in the name of "security".
You'll need to reset things to the way FB Setup had them:

Just look at the IIS Settings and the Grant Permissions and SQL Server Permissions sections. It's the login to the db that gets choked up.
You're using SQL Server, right? Did you make any changes on the SQL Server end?

Thanks for the info.
Somehow, someone changed a the property of the FogBugz database to "restrict access -- single user."
Don't know how but it's fixed now.
