Bug: <&_nbsp;> in filter description text

Is following text correct?
("_" is inserted by me)

"Filter: All open cases opened by admin&_nbsp;opened in the last week&_nbsp;resolved yesterday or today&_nbsp;closed in the last 2 months"

Version: demo.

By the way, it is not bad to merge "opened by" phrase with "opened in".
i.e. "... opened by admin in the last week ..."
