Automatic Refresh ?

Is there a possibility for the helpdesk dispatcher person to update the FogBUGZ case list automatically every 5-10 min? The dispatcher should recognize new incoming cases and dispatch them to the projects.

Hello!  I'm not sure how you mean?  Do you mean when you have the fogbugz list up in your web browser for the browser page to refresh every so often?
