Can't tab when calling a .NET form from VB6

I have an assembly written in VB.NET.  One of the class, which inherits Windows.Forms.Form is exposed to COM.  I can successfully declare the form object in VB6 and ALL of the functionality I have programmed into the form class works as designed.  However, when I press the TAB key to move between fields, the system beeps at me!@  The TAB key works fine when I create the form in a VB.NET appliation.

All of my knowlege about COM and Interop comes from the book, Professional Visual Basic Interoperability by Hollis and Lhotka.

Any suggestions on where to find a solution?

Thanks!
