User Interface Components in .NET

Hi,
Does anyone have any recommendations for user interface components in .NET. I'm pretty dissapointed with the ones that come with .NET, in particular i'm looking for some avanced features like dockable toolbars and controls.
Thanks

Two great (and free) resources for .net controls:

DevExpress components are great. Although I only use their Delphi components, they also make .NET versions.

DotNetBar looks alright to me, also for $999 you can get the source code + a site license. It's on my list of controls to have a proper play with and see how it really performs, so sadly I can't give a proper review.
The website is at http://www.devcomponents.com

I've also used Infragistics components in the past, they're quite spiffy.
