POP3 mail programming in .net

I need to do some sort of POP3 checking. The pseudocode would be something like:

Log in to mail server
Retrieve messages
for each retrieved message
  insert email address to bounced table
  delete message

Could some one give me a hint on how to do it in .net?

POP3 access isn't trivial though. You might be better off looking on the web for a pre-built module that does what you want.

May I suggest using the Indy components?  I've not used the .Net version, but the Delphi version is dead simple to use and works just like you'd expect it to.  Also, it's free.
