The usual suspects:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=.NET

Really it depends what you want to concentrate on. Will you be doing web development, Windows applications, components, etc, etc ?

.NET is so big, you should start off with a small part of it, or you risk losing focus.

"ASP.NET Unleashed" by Walther is a pretty good place to start.

Jesse Liberty books are good for getting up to speed fast

Programming C#, Third Edition
Programming ASP.NET, 2nd Edition

Better yet:

http://groups.google.com/groups?q=group%3Amicrosoft.public.dotnet*&hl=en

I've yet to come across a problem that wasn't already solved in the dotnet newsgroups - it's just a matter of the right search terms.

Umm... strangely enough, www.asp.net has lots of asp.net tutorials!
