Generating checkboxes

I want to:
- display a list of db rows in an html table, including a checkbox
- when the user checks one or more boxes and clicks "Delete"
- show a confirmation page saying delete these (showing the rows to delete)
- if the user "confirms", delete the row(s)

From other threads here I suspect I should use the same page, PostBack, and hide/unhide panels to deal with initial display and confirmation (corrections welcome).

My question is how to dynamically generate asp:checkbox items so I can make use of view state.  Or if my approach is off, guidance appreciated

Try Andy Smith's free BoundBooleanColumn: http://www.metabuilders.com/Tools/BoundBooleanColumn.aspx

Duncan: thanks for the link; that sight looks interesting.

To be more specific, I'm assuming there is a way to add controls to the page at run-time that still make use of viewstate?
