Little red exclamation mark in DataGrid

I use a DataGrid to edit and delete data from an .MDB file.

After deletion, sometimes a little red round exclamation mark appears in the left side of the grid.

Why?

The behavior is pretty random.

What does the little red circle with a white exclamation mark mean?

It means that the row that it is beside, was not updated or it has errors.
