DLLImport generator for C header files?

Does anyone know of anything that will generate the necessary DLLImport declarations from a C header file? 

If not, how about open source import generators for non-.Net languages (so I could adapt it)? 

I've seen this kind of thing for Delphi and old VB but none seem to be open source or updated for .Net.
