.net localization

Hi,

I'm working as a web-developer (part-time, attending uni as well) and we are currently running a multilingual system of our own design.

We are considering the effects and requirements of upgrading (should I say redeveloping) it to a .net solution ... it is still absolutely a requirement that the solution supports multiple languages.

The system we are running now is basically a COM object that fetches a bunch of strings given a pagename & language. We then use this object to write out the strings into the page.

I've been idling through the .net documentation, but have failed to come up with any suggested strategies for multi-lingual websites. Any tips, ideas, website suggestions, books and ideas warmly appreciated.

TIA

Figured someone else might come looking around for it, so here it is:

Turns out there's a straigh forward walk through in the MSDN itself. So boot up VS.Net and navigate to

ms-help://MS.VSCC/MS.MSDNVS/vbcon/html/vbwlkWalkthroughLocalizingWebForms.htm

Primarily you'll deal with the ResourceManager and the Thread.CurrentThread class.
