Unicode on Windows 98

I read your article on Unicode and I understand that for
For the latest version of CityDesk, you decided to do everything internally in UCS-2 (two byte) Unicode.

Do you use the MSLU layer on Windows 98 ?

If yes, do you statically link MFC, ATL and CRT ?

Thanks.

We do not use MSLU. In most places Internet Explorer provides our editing services and Internet Explorer generally does a very decent job with multilingual stuff even on Win 9x, through it's own MLang component. In other places CityDesk would restrict you to the code page in which Windows is running (the infamous "CP_ACP").
