2 questions

1.) IN one your articles you talk about starting a business, but it fell through because you did not find the right partner. What should you look for in finding the right partner for a software company?

2.) I am sure you have a lot of ideas for different products. What is your formula for selecting an idea as a product?

Thanks,

ack, one at a time!

1) Lots of things. They should be able to do anything and everything. They should be just as committed as you are. You should be able to stay on friendly terms with them without ever having a nasty fight for the first decade or so of the company's existence...

It's hard to say what it takes to be the right partner, but it's easy to think of things that make someone the wrong partner!

2) We don't have enough time to implement new ideas as products. It's hard enough keeping up with development of our existing products! Both our products have been around since the beginning and we think that execution is more important than ideas.
