When a user selects the "Subscribe" button to receive email notificaitions of change to the case, do they receive a notification when the case has been changed to closed? It appears they they don;t at the moment. This would be a useful thing to know. The subscriber only gets email notificiation when the status is changed from active to resolved.
Good point, that's just a bug: we'll fix it in the next incremental release.
How are incremental releases published / publicised?
We'll email the customer list when we release 3.0.15, the next incremental release. You can always check the knowledge base on our web site. And you can download the incremental releases with the same URL as you download the original software.
