Read only access for some users?

I want to grant some users (outside of my organisation) read-only access to the information contained in FogBugz.  Does the latest version of the product have the capability to do this?

Nope.

Is there any plans for this feature in the next release?

I can't really speculate, we just released 3.0 and 4.0 isn't even a glimmer in anyone's eye yet :)

We would like to provide a customer with access to selected projects within our fogbugz database. Not sure whether it should be read only or full access though. They should certainly be able to start bugs/inquiries.

If you "Allow Public Submission" on those projects, then they can enter new cases without logging in.  Edit the project to do this, then log out and go to FogBUGZ.  You'll see there is a link to add a new case there.

They won't be able to view the status of the case though.  In order to do that, they'll need a user license.
