Restricted interface.

Hi,

Why are 'Category', 'Fix For' and 'Priority' only available when submitting 'New Case' after login. Why are they not possible in the restricted interface, where people are not logged in ???

The idea is that outside users (customers, etc) don't really know what those terms mean or how they are used in your organization, and somebody on the inside (e.g. a customer service contact person) is going to have to categorize them anyway.
