Assign resolved cases to Primary Contact?
Is it possible to assign resolved cases to the Primary Contact, or a predetermined contact? In our organization, the Primary Contact is responsible for testing and closing all resolved cases.
Resolved cases get assigned back to the opener for verification... Since they are the ones that opened the bug. In order to change this behavior, you would have to either modify the source or just have people assign resolved cases to the tester for testing after they verified the bug was fixed.
