changed servers: dispatcho and SSL problems

A few months ago I migrated our FogBugz installation to a new server. I also wanted to switch to SSL. Pretty much everything went fine except :

1) I get an error message when editing/deleting FogBugz connected Mailboxes: "invalid root in registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Fog Creek Software\FogBUGZ\C:/Program Files/FogBUGZ/website\dispatcho\8\user"."

2) Unless I removed "require SSL" and "require 128-bit encryption" on the file dispatcho.asp I can't get monitored mailboxes into FogBugz. This also forced me to write some URL workarounds for SSL so everything worked nicely with links from emails and such.

The server is Windows 2003 and I am using a wildcard certificate (e.g. *.domain.com) from GeoTrust.

Any thoughts?

For historical record:

"Fixing the permissions on the registry keys fixed the problem."

Dispatcho does not support SSL.
