Batch Resolve

I have an application which automatically posts to FogBugz in case of a crash, however ocassionally, a crash may post hundreds or thousands of new cases. Is there a way to resolve all of them at one go? How can I do this?

BTW, I know I can do forceNewBug=false in my posting App, but I don't want to do that because it does not always work as desired. (Unrelated info gets accumulated in one case)

Pls do let me know if there's some way of doing a batch resolve.

TIA,
- Manish

In the next version you'll be able to do this...

Filter as appropriate, switch to grid view, tick the boxes, choose the action...

Murph,

Which boxes cn I tick? I see no boxes when I switch to Grid View.

Ok, now I'm worried I've lost my last marble...

Nope, there's a checkbox to the left of every item - in *both* views - and a list of buttons across the bottom of the page that are only enabled when one or more checkboxes is checked.

Either that or I don't understand the requirement (-:

In 3.0, only admins can do this... That could be why the user can't see the checkboxes.  In 4.0 the feature is greatly enhanced and everyone can bulk edit.
