Pages generated that confuse Firefox

Arguably this is a bug in Firefox, but it's probably still something that Fogbugz could fix:

Using ScoutSubmit it's possible to get Description fields for messages that contain newlines.  This winds up generating a page that looks like (after some major simplification):

<html>
<head>
<title>Document title</title>
</head>
<body>
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
<!--
document.title = "Fogbugz bug 123 foo\n\nbar";
// -->
</script>
</body>
</html>

and Firefox then gets very confused, and renders the entire title as one line, but _one line too high_, ie only the bottom half of the text is visible and the top half is cropped off by the top of the titlebar area. Firefox 1.0pr, fogbugz 3.1.9.

I'd guess that ScoutSubmit (or something else) should be calling sCrtoBr, but that's based on a very quick look at the code, I'll admit.
