E-Mail Text Format for HTML e-mail

On a number of cases, created by e-mail being sent to monitored account the e-mail text is displayed as straight HTML code ie

How can we ensure html text is readable?

HTML only emails show the html source for security reasons.  The only way to change this is to modify the source code.

Michael,
My colleagues also wrestle with the issue of people forgetting to set emails to plain text before submitting them.

I take it your security comment in relation to rendering the HTML in the browser?    Would the security issues with rendering be resolved if the HTML message were parsed in Dispatcho and saved in the database as plain text.
