Editor Text font size has spontaneously changed

Hi,

Over the past few weeks a number of our Fogbugz users  have noticed that the font size used for inputting or editing bug details has (spontaneously, it seems) changed to a different font with a considerably smaller default size. This has occurred on a number of different machines and operating systems, and is making it quite difficult to enter clear descriptions since the text size is difficult to read. However, once the bug details are entered and the user clicks OK, the text  is as standard. If anyone has encountered a similar problem, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Has someone edited the source or changed styles.asp?

No, our system administrator has already checked for this.

What is the class for that textarea in the source when you view the page?  And what browser are you using?

What happens if you make a test.asp page that says something like

<style type="text/css">
@import url(styles.asp);
body {
background-color:    white;
color:                black;
}
</style>
<textarea class="bug"                     name="sEvent"
      id="sEvent"
      accesskey="0"
      id="sEvent"
      rows="8"
      cols="55"
      wrap="virtual" >

Here is some text in the fogbugz style</textarea>

And then load it in your browser.  Just drop it into the fogbugz\website folder.

(Also, the IE string for your browser says that SP2 *is* installed on your machine).

For what it's worth, Help->About Internet Explorer on my computer displays the same version information, but according to System Properties, I am running

Windows XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 1

I haven't installed SP2 yet.

Thanks!

This issue has now been resolved.

The Font and Size for the textarea.bug in the Style.asp page was to small and using fontTT instead of FontSans.

Once I editied this the text in the box was alot me legible.
