Dispatcho no longer imports emails

Two weeks ago, dispatcho stopped importing emails into FogBUGZ. In the Dispatcho.txt log, it shows this error for each message:

Unknown Error in PublishMessageToURL
Error: PublishMessageToURL returned False. ASP file did not return 'OK'

I can reach the dispatcho URLs from the registry (with a 500 error), and I can access the contents of the mailboxes via the same POP settings as those used by FogBUGZ.

I'd appreciate any help in tracking down the cause of this.

Forgot to mention this...I have the following entry in my Application Log right before the two entries telling me that FogBUGZ logging is turned on.

Error: File /support/dispatcho.asp Line 92 Index out of range. An array index is out of range..

Might be relevant.
