File uploads change to IIS?

I just migrated my FogBUGZ database to production hardware, and it's working fine (so far).  However, since I moved it by hand, without running Setup, I'm nervous about something.

The documentation says that SETUP makes a "change to IIS to that it will accept large uploads."  How can I make this change by hand?

Thanks!

Jim

I can't remember how to do that offhand; I'll have to check and get back to you...

It's something called UploadReadAheadSize in the Metabase:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/en/server/iis/default.asp?url=/windows2000/en/server/iis/htm/asp/apro9l5x.htm

We set it to 2150400.

I'm not entirely sure this is necessary on all installations. The default is 49152 (48 KB) -- try uploading a file that is much larger than that, say, 100 KB, and see if you have a problem. If you do you will need to use the metabase editor from the Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit to change this value.

I'm trying the upload to an IIS (Win2K) server which I have limited access to. Jim, what things are involved, other than uploading files? (Registerng DLL's, creating virtual directories)?

Any help would be appriciated.
