Problem Closing Bugs

On a couple of occasions, people (including myself) have closed bugs, only to have them appear unclosed later.  Are we just seeing things, or is this a bug?

After you hit close, you need to hit ok to submit the close.

Try it with a bug and you'll see that its easy to forget to hit ok, AFTER you hit close.

This allows you to add a message when you close a bug.  We may change this behaviour in 3.0.
