Extensibility?

I have a client who is looking for a bug-tracking/management solution. However, one of their requirements is that is extensible so that it can be integrated with their CRM system.

Depends... if you buy the windows version it is ASP.  If you buy the Linux/Mac version it is PHP.

They both are created from the same ASP source base.
