Emails from public cases
When a case is submitted via the public "Enter a New Case" form, is FogBugz supposed to send the submitter an email when it is resolved? I tried this and it appears no email is sent. Is there any way to cause this to happen?
Currently this does not happen. You would have to modify the source in order to have it generate an email then.

Why not make it a configuration option ?
This has been suggested before and we are considering it for a future version.
