Automatically use NT login id?

Instead of adding each user manually and trying to keep our NT users in sync with the FogBUGZ users, it would be nice to just pick up the user's NT login credentials and automatically set the submitter.

Anyone tried this? Planned feature?

I built a work request application recently that used the NT login name in this way.

The advantage is that you can add new users automatically when they log on. The drawback is that a particular user can only use the application when they log in to NT from their own account.

A problem we had was when users would log in from their own NT machine automatically adding that user, and then they would try to access the application from their friends computer, causing duplicate users to be created.

We are interested in NT authentication. I don't think it should automatically add the user, but it is a bit cleaner than the cookie login method.
