New Demo User - Email Question
Is there a way to organize canned responses to email inquiries? We plan to use this as a CRM product and would like this feature. Many user's ask the same questions and a canned response saves typing.
FogBUGZ is pretty great for a CRM, we use it for that and of course it integrates our customer service with our software development nicely since it's all one system. However, it's still primarily a bug tracking system and doesn't support the organization of canned replies, as such. Unless you wanted to create a project called FAQs or something where each case was a canned reply with a descriptive subject/title.
