Stripping HTML from Message

After reading the discussion group, I am still haveing problem with stripping HTML from messages sent to the software. The message being sent is an HTML formatted message, but the tags keep showing in the mail attachment for the bug. This is confusing and hard to read for developers. Can we have either:
1. The HTML being rendered for the message, OR
2. Strip the HTML from the message?

Or better yet, a way to turn on option 1 or Option 2.

Am currently a Trial FogBUGZ user.

ALT PRINT SCREEN instantly clipboards a complicated error message in a error report window. It would be very useful to be able to simply CTRL V that image into a New Case message ... like we can in HTML enabled email messages ...

I can appreciate how making the New Case message HTML enabled may be seriously complicating elsewhere.

Or ... maybe that is a future feature on the FogBUGZ horizon.

Otherwise ... the Trial FogBUGZ is very promising ...
