Gaps in Case Numbers

I've noticed with our installation of FogBUGZ that occationally there will be a large gap in the case numbers (200-300 cases) on our system.  e.g., the case numbers will go 389, 399, 400, 401, 699, 700, 701, 702, 1205, 1206, 1207

We have this running on a MySQL database rather than Jet. In case that makes any difference.

Has anyone else had this problem? It doesn't seem that there are cases being created that are dissappearing, but it can be a bit disconcerting to the causal observer.
