VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

There is this error message:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'Server.HTMLEncode'
/preheader.asp, line 615

appearing on some of our bugs.

What might cause this problem?

Thank you.

I've never seen this one; it doesn't quite make sense if you have the latest FogBUGZ code installed.

Exactly which version of FogBUGZ are you using? You can tell by going to the home page (click on the tiny bug in the top left) -- beneath the danging bugs picture is a version number. The current shipping version is 2.03.

We are not using the latest version.

We suspected that it might be created by typing in special characters to the bug description. Any other possibility that might cause this problem?

Btw, I can't find any version number below the danging bug. But I do see the bug picture.

Please contact customer-service@fogcreek.com for instructions on how to receive the latest version.

Some of the older versions of FogBUGZ had trouble with special characters; upgrading to the latest (2.03) should solve the problem.
