The column headings behave differently.  Sorting by Case or Title causes a true sort.  However, sorting by Priority, Status, or Assigned to, causes a grouping behavior.  The mouse over hint text also says Sort by...

Is there a way to control group by (Priority, Assigned, or Status) versus Sorting (Case or Title).  I would like to be able to sort by priority without the group that occurs now.

Sorry, no, that is the way sorting is handled in the UI. There is the option to modify the source code if you know VBScript.

I know VBScript and could modify the code myself, but of course doing so means you can't support it...  Is there a spot to put in Feature requests for future FogBugz releases?

Absolutely, you can always send feature requests to fogbugz@fogcreek.com, we will read them and they will be imported into our own FogBUGZ. We value knowing what users feel are the most important features to add as we move forward with development.
