can't download email

i think i have the email account configured correctly, i set it to check every 30 seconds (to test) - but fogbugz/dispatcho doesn't seem to check the account and bring in the email to the system.

is there a checklist to determine if dispatcho is configured properly?

Server is Win2003 Web Server Edition - and the service installed with ./ryan for 'Log on As' -- there is no ryan user on the system, so I tried changing to 'Local System' but it still doesn't seem to wanna grab mail :(

Fixed, thanks! It was DNS issue, I needed to use IP address for site.

I read this post and thought I had found the answer, but the link to the article on how to fix email not being pulled in was missing from the FogBUGZ website and I received a page not found error.  Is the info someware else?

If it changes in the future, it's easily found by going to Support for FogBUGZ, Windows, and scroll down the list to find the topic under TroubleShooting.
