RSS support for fogBUGZ?

I was wondering if fogBUGZ plans to include RSS suport in any future versions?

we are probably going to implement aguiar's solution here.

I was hoping the fog creek software might provide support on this issue...any suggestions?

Yep, we're definitely considering it.  Don't have the DTD or the timeline yet though...Sorry.

Matt, I have tried the solution you mention, however it is not compatible to the current FogBugz database structure. So you would need to do a lot of rework. I have tried to email the programmer, but didn't get any response.

I tried it with the latest database version and it worked OK for me. What error are you getting?

I was also getting errors. Here's how I fixed them.

1. Change the top of the rss.asp file to be this:

''START rss.asp change''
<%
Option Explicit
%>

<!--#INCLUDE file="adovbs.inc"-->
<!--#INCLUDE file="preheader.asp"-->
<!--#INCLUDE file="CPerson.asp"-->
<!--#INCLUDE file="CFilter.asp"-->

<!--#INCLUDE file="CBugList.asp"-->
<!--#INCLUDE file="CSiteConfiguration.asp"-->

''END rss.asp change''

Mainly added option explicit and the include file adovbs.inc and CPerson.asp....

2.
Make sure when you edit the CFilter.asp file as instructed in the readme.txt file, that you place the LoadFilter subroutine inside of the CFilter class.

3. Finally, when you generate the url, I has better luck with: http://localhost/FogBUGZ3/rss.asp?Filter=2
vs the rss.asp?2 syntax....
