Duplicate cases when submitted by email.
In one of our FogBugz instances, if a user submits an email report then FogBugz generates two cases for that email. We're using Exchange as the mail server, any ideas on why it's doing this? I've not been able to get to the bottom of "is it an Exchange thing or is it a FogBugz thing".
When you set up more than one instance, did you manually uninstall Dispatcho on all but one instance?
I have no idea, but I know a man who should have. I'll check and let you know.
Just to be clear, you don't want multiple instances of Dispatcho running around fighting over your emails and all trying to deliver them to FogBUGZ.
