Dispatcho issues

We've been experiencing problems with the email reading feature.

First, we run out of space for the transaction log, so we got database errors when connecting. We fixed that, but Dispatcho did not handle that well, we had to restart it.

Now the database its working OK, but today the process was consuming 70% of the CPU and it was not retrieving the emails. We restarted it again, and now it's consuming 70% of CPU but it's retrieving the emails...

It's configured to poll the mails server each 300 seconds.

Any ideas? We are using version 3.0.3.

Dispatcho doesn't handle emails with large attachments because of the slowdown associated with posting that attachment via HTTP to your fogbugz server.  I suspect you have a message with a rather large attachment sitting in your mailbox.  Set the Dispatcho service to start manually, restart your computer (so dispatcho won't start up automatically), use Outlook Express to connect to the mailbox and check it and remove that message.  Then set the Dispatcho service to start automatically and start the Dispatcho service.

We are using 3.1.9, and experiencing still the same problems with these too large attachments. Will this be solved in a newer version?

Is it possible to ignore too large attachments, but still create a case for this mail? So we can be informed about it, and delete the mail.

It now took us days to find the reason for our server being unresponsive and slow.
