trial version email
I am trying to evaluate the feature that allows users to send email to FogBUGZ. It works fine if I send email directly to the try+ID@fogcreek.com address, but if I set up an alias on our mail server that copies email sent to "bugs@..." and "support@..." to the trial email address, it doesn't work. I can see in my mail server logs that the message was accepted by the fogcreek server, but it never shows up as a new inquiry in FogBUGZ.
It needs to change the To: address on the emails, not just forward them. This is because, we parse the To: field to find your trial database and so we can attach it to the right trial.
