Changing Incoming Email Address
We are using a demo site. We changed the primary contact for the Incoming Email project to a different user, but the original primary contact still gets assigned by default. Are we missing something?
For the demo the person who gets assigned the email and the project it goes into are predetermined. In the real version you can set the person, project, fix-for, priority, etc and add multiple mailboxes.
