Attatchments being saved in wrong place.

I just upgraded Fogbugz from version 3.0.13 to 3.0.15, to rectify a memory leak problem with Fogbugz.

Unfortunately, since the upgrade, any attatchments that are added to a case can no longer be accessed (clicking on them gives a 404 error).

The path that the attatchment link in the case points to is \\hera\fogbugz\FileUploads\1220\filename.doc

However, the actual files seem to be being saved in

\\hera\fogbugz\FileUploads\0\filename.doc

Can you suggest a work around for this?

Can you tell me what database you are using and also in the "Site" screen how your connection is set up?  Is it by connection string, or did you fill in the sql server or access fields?  Also, can you update to 3.1?

I am using a SQL server 2000 database. The original installation was set up using the SQL Server settings.
The 3.0.15 installation was then installed over the top as an upgrade.

I do not currently have the installer for 3.1. I only get access to the 3.0.15 download from the download page.
How can I get access to v 3.1?

Which download page are you talking about? (URL)

If I go to the store, and click on the download link:
https://shop.fogcreek.com/download.asp

and enter your order id and email, I receive access to 3.1.

Perhaps your proxy server is cache-ing the page?
