Linux Web Browser and Missing Carriage Return

When we use a Linux based web browser, Konqueror in this case, to enter/edit a bug in Fogbugz, it seems like all of the places the Enter key was used only inserts a line feed instead of both a carrige return and a line feed.  Does Fogbugz 3.x handle this situation and add the missing carriage return?  If not, how about in the next rev?

I can't repro with Netscape or Mozilla on Linux.  I think maybe Konqueror is doing something non-standard wrt submitting form data.

I see the same thing using Safari (Apple's new browser, which is based on the same KHTML engine as Konqueror).

In Function sCrToBr(s)
