Stopping Dispatcho service

I want to automate stopping and restarting the dispatcho service so I can backup the fogbugz database each night.

At the moment, the backup always skips the critical db files as it claims they are in use. IIS should have dropped them by the middle of the night, but dispatcho is still checking for mail every 5 minutes and might be keeping the db open.

Does anyone have any suggestions on implementing a decent automated backup of FogBugz (Access db)? At the moment I am still having to stop everything manually and then do the backup, then restart everything, which is tedious and error prone.
Thanks,

That is the business for dispatcho.
I have also found this for IIS.

Once both these items are stopped, you can safely back things up and restart them again.

I guess this is less useful for people that are running publicly accessible servers, but then they are probably using SQL anyway.
