How do I mark as duplicate
To mark a bug as a duplicate, choose the "Resolve" action. Then in the Status dropdown that appears at the top of the page, choose "Resolved-Duplicate" (This will then allow you to type in the original bug number to create a link between the two). Also you'll see there are other status' available there for you to resolve the bug as (Not Reproducible, etc) and depending on which Category type the case is (bug, inquiry, feature), you get different choices in the Status field.
