We have our cases imported via a POP mail account. As currently configured, I have to assign a "default" Priority to all incoming bugs. What I'd rather do is leave the Priority blank, and let the screeners determine the priority when the report is first examined.
This is not possible currently.

Could a "priority 8 - Uncategorized" be created, and incoming e-mails be set to that?
This would probably work; you'd have to manually add the new priority to the Priority table.
